Do I have to submit photos?

Absolutely not! It's completely optional to submit photos. I do suggest you take them for yourself to track your own progress though

Is this program for Men and Women?

Yes! This program is equally effective for both men and women!

What equipment will I need to workout at home?

The at home option requires just a set or two of dumbbells!

Will my photo submissions be shared?

All photos are kept privately between myself and individual client unless consent is given to share

Is this challenge suitable for beginners?

Yes! This program can be done at all fitness levels!

How long are the workouts?

The workouts are around 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. You choose your schedule!

If I change my mind, will I be refunded?

Because the programs are digital goods, there are no refunds

What if I don't know how to do a certain exercise?

All exercises are in a Vibe Branded App on your smartphone or tablet and have exercise demonstration videos and descriptions
