Programs:

  • Intermediate/Advanced Weight Loss: For those who have been following a regular weightlifting program for 6 months or more. Who want to lose a ton of fat.

  • Tone & Tighten: For those who don’t want to lose a lot of fat, but want to gain lean muscle and look overall more toned.

  • Muscle Building: For those who want to gain a lot of muscle without fear of gaining a little fat as well. Perfect for bulking season! You will need equipment found in a small gym for this program as it will include barbells and machines.

  • Bodyweight Only: Perfect for those who don't have access to dumbbells or minibands, have some experience with regular exercise and still want to gain muscle, strength and lose fat!

This group is for women who are ready to make a commitment to their health and want to be part of a supportive community. Challenge Start date is set to January 6th. Upload your progress photos, body measurements, check out the plethora of helpful information about weight lifting, success tips and get to work on your goals for 2025!

Do I have to submit photos?

Absolutely not! It's completely optional to submit photos. I do suggest you take them for yourself to track your own progress though

Is this program for Men and Women?

Yes! This program is equally effective for both men and women!

What equipment will I need to workout at home?

The at home option requires just a set or two of dumbbells!

Will my photo submissions be shared?

All photos are kept privately between myself and individual client unless consent is given to share

Is this challenge suitable for beginners?

Yes! This program can be done at all fitness levels!

How long are the workouts?

The workouts are around 1 hour per day, 5 days per week. You choose your schedule!

If I change my mind, will I be refunded?

Because the programs are digital goods, there are no refunds

What if I don't know how to do a certain exercise?

All exercises are in a Vibe Branded App on your smartphone or tablet and have exercise demonstration videos and descriptions
